If you buy from us online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund or replacement goods if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for incorrectly sent products.

We will replace your order and post it at no cost to you. Please phone or email us so that we can give you instructions on how to return the product to us or how to get refund.
In circumstances where a return has been accepted the refund may not include postal charges. This is dependent upon individual circumstances.

All half price pharmaceutical Homeopathic Remedies are made up specifically for your order and we cannot accept returns for exchange or refund. Please ensure you have ordered the correct remedy, potency and form at the time of placing your order.

Please note that goods returned to us must be unopened and undamaged with all packaging, components, leaflets and instructions. For example, for homeopathy kits, the outer seals must be intact.

All orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post and are subject to the Australia Post terms and conditions. Cost of shipping will be automatically calculated during the check out; process based on your location, and if in Australia based on your postcode, and the total weight of the shipment.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery of regular parcels and up to 2 business days for delivery of express parcels within Australia.
Regular International Air mail will deliver within 7 business days to your country. Express International mail will deliver within 4 business days to your country .

All parcels have tracking numbers, and can be easily tracked on the Australia Post Track my Parcel website.

Occasionally, the online store may display products no longer available due to various reasons. Athough we try to display accurate information, we sometimes fail to fix the discrepancies between physical stock and online quantities.

We appologise for the inconvinience we may cause and will happily provide you with a refund if a product purchased online is out of stock.

In case the products are unavailable or out of stock, you will be informed before the goods are dispatched.
